The Evans Prairie Home became a reality due to the tireless efforts of members of the Evans family, many of whom still live and work in the Franklin, Hardin, and Wright county areas. The dedication was held at the 2005 Dows Corn Days celebration. Pictured above are just a few of the people who were at the dedication and some of the items inside the home, which was moved to its present location north of the Quasdorf Museum from its original location in Franklin County.
